Payment Terms & Additional Information
Payment Schedule
Tuition can be paid annually (once per academic year) or semesterly (three payments per academic year).
Tuition is given in CZK for one academic year (10 months). The one-time payment is due by May 31. Semester payments are due by May 31, September 1, and December 1.
What's Included in Tuition
Tuition fees cover payment for education provision, supplementary English language teaching, learning support for those in need and care provision.
The fee for the international program includes an international report card, international teaching materials, school trips (visits and entrances to museums, galleries, theaters, as well as culinary experiences), online programs, access to the international online library. The fee is paid together with the tuition fee invoice.
Additional Fees & Services
School fees do not apply to school lunches and selected afternoon activities.
The fee for international IGCSE exams ranges from CZK 11,900 to CZK 14,900 for school students. For external students in the range of 17,900 CZK to 21,900 CZK. The IGCSE exam fee is not included in the tuition fee below. Details can be found here.
Sibling Discounts
Tuition can be reduced for the first sibling by 10%, for the second sibling by 20%, for the third and other siblings by 30% (the discount always applies to the younger sibling, for the duration of the studies of all siblings).
Meals & Dining
Lunches and snacks are provided by Ekolandia in the school building. Price for lunch including soup, dessert or fruit:
1st grade 130 CZK, 2nd grade and gymnasium 160 CZK, snacks 45 CZK.
Location & Transportation
School is located in the historical center of Prague, on metro lines B and A. Tram stops are a 5-10 minute walk from the school, so we do not provide transportation to the school.
Transfer & Adaptation Fee
In case of transfer to our school, a one-time adaptation fee of CZK 12,000 is required, which covers all costs associated with registration, i.e. an individual transfer guide to our school, the opportunity to visit out lessons and to test our school for 1-2 days (at an elementary school), international cognitive tests, a personal interview and all administrative tasks associated with the transfer. If the student is not accepted or the legal representative decides not to proceed with the transfer before the student's participation in the test days or cognitive tests, the school will refund 100% of this fee.
